As a Project Manager - Minestar (Field/Office based 7/7 Roster) youll play a key role in deploying cutting-edge Caterpillar Technology Solutions directly on-site working closely with clients to ensure successful adoption and operational excellence. As a Project Manager you will
- Supervise the end-to-end execution of technology implementations ensuring service excellence.
- Ensure delivery is compliant withSafety standards andProject plans.
- Manage project budgets to achieve departmental financial goals.
- Review and ensure compliance of all project documentation maintaining accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across stakeholders clients and cross-functional teams.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying opportunities resolving issues and minimizing friction points.
- Provide clear project leadership maintaining compliance and accountability across all phases.
- Report on progress outcomes and project performance to internal and external stakeholders

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
- Relevant level of experience in a similar role working within Caterpillar Mining Equipment and/or Mining Technology is preferred but not essential
- Experience supervising a team
- Certificate III or IV Trade certificate is preferred but not essential
- Experience in Project Management is preferred but not essential
