Your role and responsibilities
- In this role youll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
- The work model for the role is: onsite
- This role is contributing to the Medium Voltage Switchgear Unit in Brno.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Work on internal development projects within our Process Engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and contribute to the realization of our strategic initiatives.
- Analyze data and processes to identify areas for improvement providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Support the development and optimization of business processes tools and systems.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.
Qualifications for the role
- Education: Degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in business analysis preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with process mapping data analysis and project management tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word) ERP systems and other business analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive self-driven and results-oriented mindset.
