The two business units NTS Slavin and NTS Brno work cohesively as one team in Czech Republic to serve customers in central Europe and other areas. By combining our expertise in engineering manufacturing supply chain management and precise assembly we help shorten lead times while delivering quality.
Job Description
As Sustainability Specialist at NTS CZ you will coordinate environmental health and safety risks to ensure compliance and promote a safe working environment.
Furthermore your duties are:
Responsibility for managing the EHS and ESG area (OHS PO environment sustainability) for both Czech business units;
Risk analysis and implementation of preventive actions;
Development and implementation of EHS and ESG processes from the perspective of ISO standards and global;
Collaboration with management in coordinating related activities;
Setting indicators and supervising their effective fulfillment;
Updating documentation in accordance with legislation and ISO standards;
Training employees.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in EHS and experience (min. 3 years); or a combination of experience education and training that demonstrates the required skills;
Previous experience in a similar position ideally from an international manufacturing company;
Excellent knowledge Czech and English both spoken and written;
Good knowledge of MS Office;
Independence systematic approach ability to organize;
Knowledge of ISO 14001 and 9001 standards is an advantage;
