Job Description
- Lead the team implementing holistic digital patient strategy and support business needs.
- Develop an exceptional patient ecosystem to enhance patient disease awareness and drug adherence.
- Lead and manage End-to-End patient solution development process for ensuring delivery with high quality.
- Drive full lifecycle content management and support brand teams in creating high-quality content.
- Actively explore intelligent and automated customer engagement tools and business models.
- Lead and build digital health ecosystem partnerships to jointly support patient benefits.
- Apply data analysis and customer insight results to optimize and upgrade digital patient engagement activities and tools.
