Job Purpose
Deliver results of own region GSV and all kinds of financial indicators.
Projects exploration and development
Participate in the process of dealer development
Kick off and execute all the projects including external and internal walls
Coordinate and follow up internal CA process
Key Accountabilities
Achieve the budgeted sales volumes revenue and contribution margin within specific area by managing all activities related to the sales cycle
Develop projects according to plan and accumulate projects storage utilizing dealers network
Help dealers on developing their teams by
Right promotion of corporates brand and value
Introduction of products process and services
Internal and external environmental analysis including but not limited to buz allocation and financial situation etc
Overall capability improvement including but not limited to buz capability and org efficiency
Projects handling
Co-visiting first party and main contractor
Bidding and tendering following up
Supervision of construction with TS team
Complaint s settling and projects feedback
Handle all the related commercial activities regarding own projects including but not limited to pricing overdue controlling and AR collection
Experience
University degree or above;
At least 3 years working experiences on Project channel management
Good interpersonal skill and communication skill.
Good analytical skills and execution
Good business acumen with innovative enthusiasm
Fluent in Mandarin workable English in written and spoken is a preference
High motivation and results-orientated
Willingness to travel
