We are currently looking for a Brewmaster to join our team.

As a Brewmaster we rely on you to:

-Monitor and ensure smooth operation of the brewery and all related areas (including the bottling plant and cold room)

-Perform regular and documented maintenance inspectionsof all brewery related equipment coordinated with engineering division

-Ensure proper production and timeline of brewing beer/cider

-Fully responsible for entire brewing process from sourcing ingredients brewing to bottling

We are looking for someone who:

Excellent presenter and communicator

Is self-driven goal-oriented able to challenge the status quo

Upholds professional values ethics and integrity at all times

Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions

Thinks outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel

Preferably has a Bachelors degree or relevant experience in a similar role

Understands the global market and local environment

Has strong interpersonal skills
