We are looking for a Service Manager - F&B (Asst. Brewmaster) with following duties and requirements:
As a Service Manager - F&B (Asst. Brewmaster) we rely on you to:
- Ensure that SFS Hygiene and Food Safety Management Policies Fire & Life Safety Standards are explained to staff and are correctly applied
- Monitor and ensure smooth operations of the Brewery and all related areas including the bottling plant and cold room
- Ensure proper production and timeline of brewing beer/cider
- Fully responsible for entire brewing process from sourcing ingredients brewing to packaging
- To actively be involved with the planning and execution of promotions done with Hotel ShangBrew
- Participate in divisional staff training / orientation with regards to beer products and the brewing process

We are looking someone who:
- More than one year of working experience in the same position
Qualifications in food and brewing techniques - Be familiar with various wine knowledge and have a certain ability to have English conversations
Willing to study and delve into the relevant business knowledge of brewing - Be capable of working in accordance with service standards be responsive intelligent and flexible.
