Job Summary
Your future responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Researcher to lead high-quality industry-relevant research in machine learning and signal processing.
You will work in a team with strong connections to international academic and industry partners and be responsible for:

Your Leadership responsibilities
- Developing AI/ML models to analyze data and solve real-world problems such as in computer vision or signal processing.
- Designing experiments to rigorously compare your methods with relevant baselines.
- Acquiring managing and executing research projects with industrial and academic partners in close collaboration with team members.
- Publishing results in peer-reviewed international conferences and scientific journals.
Your profile
- PhD in Computer Science or a related field such as Electrical Engineering Statistics Mathematics Mechatronics or Physics.
- At least 4 years of practical experience in AI/ML and data science ideally applied to real-world problems.
- Strong understanding of vision data and processing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Python and its data science ecosystem (e.g. scikit-learn PyTorch).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
