The Role

This internship is for students who want more than observation or busywork.

You will join one core team for exampleEngineering Product Customer Success Finance & Data Marketing Sales HR or Operations and work on real processes from day one. Your task is not only to execute but to understand question and improve how work is done.

Structure

• Execution first: You take ownership of operational tasks within your team to gain full context.
• Improvement second: You identify bottlenecks and design AI-supported or automated solutions that make those processes measurably better.

The expectation is clear: by the end of the internship you have built something that saves time reduces errors or increases scalability.

What Youll Do

• Analyzing real workflows and operational processes
• Identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Designing and implementing automations using tools like n8n or AI models
• Connecting systems and data sources to remove manual handovers
• Documenting and handing over solutions so they remain in use

What You Bring

Were looking for highly curious self-driven candidates with a strong learning mindset.
Youre likely a good fit if you:

• Think in systems and processes not just tasks
• Naturally question manual or repetitive work
• Are comfortable experimenting with AI tools and automation platforms
• Learn fast and take ownership without needing step-by-step instructions
• You dont need deep engineering skills but you should already have hands-on experience or serious experimentation with tools such as:

• • ChatGPT Claude Gemini
  • n8n
  • Other AI or workflow tools

Your Application:
