Location/Division Specific Information

This role is remote but can be office based supporting our Preclarus products across Eastern Europe the Middle East and Africa.

Preclarusbrings real-time access to study and lab data together with the transparent reporting and analytic capabilities needed to make critical decisions. Preclarus is an award-winning comprehensive data solution that consolidates and standardizes data from multiple sources to give PPD teams and clients transparent real-time access to all clinical trial operations patient and lab data. Preclarus dashboards provide data visualizations together with interactive reporting tools to turn data into actionable intelligence.

As the Preclarus Sr Customer Service Representative at Thermo Fisher Scientific you will play a crucial role in supporting the users of Preclarus Products. The products are making use of BI tools like Spotfire Metric Insights or PowerBI. You will act as a liason to the development team provide product/services information answer questions and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills (in English).
  • Put yourself in the customers shoes and advocate for them when necessary.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet service level agreement timelines.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in a customer service role.
  • Experience with BI solutions e.g. Spotfire Tableau Power BI.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and SQL.

Knowledge Skills Abilities

Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks. Uses judgment to resolve issues or to deliver outcomes.

Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
Requires a solid understanding of technical operative or administrative methods.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This role is remote enabled office-based. Must be able to handle a fast-paced work environment and multitask effectively.
