Whats the opportunity
The mission of the Payments Performance vertical is to design develop and optimize advanced decision-making systems that ensure real-time transaction efficiency and security while maximizing conversion rate. Your teams will build world-class platforms encompassing Fraud Prevention Smart Routing Payment Optimization Transaction Scoring Anti-Money Laundering evaluations and Real-time Anomaly Detection leveraging advanced Data Science ML Ops and robust engineering practices. These systems directly impact key business metrics including conversion rates and transaction success.
As Head of Engineering - Payments Performance you will strategically guide Engineering Managers Engineering Leaders Architects and Technical Leaders to execute ambitious product visions with precision reliability and will also need to hire top talent grow teams and inspire your vertical members.
