We are pleased to welcome applications from experienced facilities and property management professionals for a role in our Business Services team in Canberra.
Reporting to the Business Services Lead the Facilities and Property Manager manages the portfolio of leased properties across the Australian business. The role requires interface with the companys business leaders and with property owners/ agents and with maintenance suppliers.
Our successful applicant will leverage a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market and a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory environment relative to commercial properties across Australia including work health and safety and environment social and governance (ESG) obligations of landlords and tenants.
