The opportunity

The Business Transformation team focuses on complex business driven and technology led consulting projects in the field of post-merger integration services operating model designs business process analysis reengineering and process designs for efficiency- customer experience improvement and IT system implementation.
We are seeking to expand our team with a Business Consultant with a flair for versatility and a passion for excellence. With 1-3 years of experience under your belt you could be the perfect fit for our diverse and forward-thinking team where youll help our clients across various industries achieve operational agility and efficiency.
Your key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis and diagnostics to identify areas for improvement across different client industries
- Synthetize the results of the analysis and come up with concrete tangible recommendations
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to address client needs and drive business performance
- Assist clients in implementing recommended changes monitoring progress and ensuring successful outcomes
- Facilitate workshops meetings and training sessions to support client initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports appealing presentations and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations
- Stay updated on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions
- Develop robust data flow models that reflect complex systems and processes
- Utilize industry-standard methodologies to design model and document business processes
Your Professional Toolkit Should Include:
- Analytical Excellence: A track record of dissecting complex processes and delivering insights that drive change
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with process and data modeling tools and a solid understanding of database concepts AI and other innovative technical trends
- Business Acumen: An ability to reveal pain points in processes and understand business impacts and implications on strategic and operative levels
- Problem-Solving: Creative and strategic in developing and implementing solutions.
- Communication Expertise: Stellar communication skills to bridge the gap between technical details and business implications

Skills and attributes for success
- Outstanding academic performance with BsC /Msc Degree in the field of Business Administration Data Science Computer Science or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in process analysis business requirements or data modeling primarily gained at a large consulting company or strategy advisory work experience gained at a top tier consulting firm / large company
- Experience in running business process improvement/redesign and/or business driven IT development projects
- Outstanding communication & presentation skills in English and Hungarian language
- Advanced user level in MS Office tools
