Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add an Equipment Engineer located in Suzhou.
What a typical day looks like:
- 1.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for equipment to ensure stable operation of the equipment.
- 2.
- Regularly inspect key parts of the equipment record the operating data of the equipment and discover potential problems in time. According to the technical requirements of the equipment formulate maintenance standards and operation standards.
- 3.
- quickly response to sudden equipment failures and provide technical support.
- 4.
- Participate in the root cause analysis of equipment failures and put forward preventive suggestions. Identify equipment performance defects through data analysis and on-site observation and propose optimization schemes.
- 5.
- Maintain equipment maintenance records and repair logs to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
- Compile equipment maintenance manuals and operation procedures and provide training support for technicians.
- 6.
- Make and enter the monthly maintenance report Assist in formulating the monthly spare
- 7.
- Finish the others task assigned by Mgr.
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- 1.//
- Associate degree or above major in electrical /automatization or Mechanical.
- 2.Komax
- Three years or more of experience in automated assembly equipment prioritize if familiar with Komax and Loctite dispensing machines Huichuan robotic arms.
- 3.CET4;
- Bas Have basic English reading and writing skills CET 4 preferred
- 4.
- Accept OT strong sense of responsibility.
