The award-winning Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel and Suites is searching for a dynamic Director of Food & Beverage. Our Director of Food and Beverage will lead the operations in Mosaic Kitchen Bar & Lounge Banquets and Grab &Go. Mosaic is our culinary expression of the rich cultural diversity found in Southern Ontario. Mosaic features an open kitchen and open flame oven center in the dining room which creates a menu of rustic comforting dishes with a worldly influence. Wherever possible local ingredients from Ontario and the surrounding provinces are woven throughout our seasonal menus.
Our Food and Beverage Director is responsible for managing operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while training staff and working within budgeted guidelines.
What will I be doing
As a Director Food and Beverage you are responsible for managing operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Director Food and Beverage will also be required to manage train and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines.
