Join a Motor & Property Recoveries team where youll:
- Manage your own motor and property recovery files.
- Advise insurers and corporates on risk and claims management.
- Handle negotiations settlements and defended matters.

About your new employer:
Join a national insurance litigation team with a standout Motor & Recoveries practice in Brisbane. The team is known for:
- Acting for major insurers on motor property damage and recovery matters.
- A collaborative culture with hands-on mentoring.
- Quality work without unrealistic KPIs.
No two days will be the same youll be in court negotiating settlements and advising clients while learning directly from some of the best insurance litigators in the market.
The ideal candidate:
- Lawyer with 25 years PAE (preferably in insurance litigation motor or recoveries).
- Confident managing your own files and liaising with insurer clients.
- Strong communication and file management skills with an eye for details.
- A team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate across the practice.
