Our client is a global MNC in the IT and Data Center Industries.
This role focused on supporting Data Center Management System products during the warranty and support period for client projects pre and post sales.
Software support activities include Software and Intelligent devices and sensor installation auditing custom end-user installations resolving issues working with Services Solutions Architect in Data center environment.
The primary focus is on supporting software and systems for Data Center Information Management and Energy Monitoring services projects.
The position may include after hour field visit due to customer provide time frames and 80% local opportunity to travel and meet customer data centers.

Responsibilities:
- Provides support to Data Center (DC) Software Services team in installation of software and intelligent hardware configuration at customer sites. (80%)
- Work with assigned DC Solutions Architect to provision database and devices off site (10%)
- Provide status to Services Project Manager on project deliverables risks and issues (10%)
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent
- Min 3 years field experience in working with software installation and configuration basic network devices
- Min 3 years. experience installing/configuration computerized applications
- Technical certification by Cisco preferred
- Software systems or structured cabling background
- Travel requirement is 20%
