Job Description

Revenue and Reservations Manager for a Luxury Resort Group Metro Manila Philippines

A luxury leisure resort group is looking for a Revenue and Reservations Manager to join its management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing hotel revenue by developing and implementing revenue management strategies and overseeing the reservations department.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or any business related course

Five (5) years in the hotel and resort industry with three (3) years experience in a leadership role preferably revenue and reservations

Experience in handling more than one (1) property is a plus

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Opera Cloud and other revenue management tools

Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills

Outstanding analytics and financial acumen

Possesses high level of motivation determination and commitment

Willingness to be based in the head office in Quezon City
