We are hiring for our client a prestigious law firm in Dublin seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor (5 PQE) to join their highly regarded team. The Role
- Advising on a full spectrum of employment law matters including contracts dismissals TUPE discrimination and workplace disputes.
- Representing clients in litigation mediation and dispute resolution proceedings.
- Providing strategic legal counsel to corporate clients public sector organisations and senior executives.
- Keeping up to date with legislative changes and advising clients on employment law compliance.
- Collaborating with colleagues in other practice areas on employment-related aspects of corporate transactions.
The Person
- Qualified Solicitor with 5 years PQE in employment law.
- Strong experience advising on contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Excellent technical knowledge of Irish employment law and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong communication negotiation and client management skills.
- A proactive and commercially aware approach.
