About the role

  • Top tier national clients

  • Advising in all aspects of property law including development acquisitions disposals syndications procurement leasing and infrastructure
  • Varied and interesting work with key clients

The role is part of a highly successful national Property Construction & Major Projects team and is supervised by leading Partner Greg Wise. The team works with key government departments on development leasing and construction programmes as well as a diverse portfolio of corporate clients including utilities and telco brands. This is a diverse and rewarding role and will suit a motivated self-starter who enjoys collaboration and engaging directly with clients.

Relevant Skills and Experience:

  • 3 years PQE
  • Commercial property exposure required
  • Commercially astute and client focused
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Confident savvy and natural networker
