We are hiring for our client a well-established and growing law firm with a strong reputation in employment law seeking a Newly Qualified (NQ) Employment Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Dublin or Cork. The Role:
As an Employment Solicitor you will:
- Advise clients on all aspects of employment law including contentious and non-contentious matters.
- Represent clients in employment disputes including WRC and Labour Court cases.
- Provide strategic legal advice on HR policies contracts and compliance.
- Support clients with workplace investigations dismissals and restructuring matters.
- Draft legal documents including contracts policies and settlement agreements.
- Work closely with senior lawyers and clients developing strong professional relationships.
The Person:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Newly Qualified (NQ) or more experience in employment law.
- A strong understanding of Irish employment law and dispute resolution.
- Excellent research drafting and advocacy skills.
- Strong communication and client management abilities.
- A proactive solutions-focused approach with commercial awareness.
