Coordination organization and execution of Global Procurement (GP)-related projects in collaboration with other GP team members
Responsibility for driving and maintaining the GP Project database
Management of reporting activities related to GP projects
GP internal and external audit preparation and support
GP responsible for supporting companys Sustainability goals and CSRD reporting
GP responsible for Code of Conduct in alignment with the Global Legal (Compliance) department
GP responsible for creating contract templates in alignment with the Global Legal department
Leading Global Procurement Policy compliance enhancement across the company
In collaboration with the Finance department support PR/PO adherence improvement activities
Leading the creation of the companys Intranet content for GP in coordination with the Corporate Communications and Public Affairs department
Leading dual-sourcing projects for raw materials and excipients in alignment with GP Category Managers for Direct Materials
Ensure alignment of GP programs and activities with the Quality department the Finance department and the IT department when necessary
Provide support in the maintenance of training matrices for GP
What We Expect
Masters degree in natural sciences pharmaceutical sciences biotechnology or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement preferably in the pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management
Experience in the implementation of sustainable procurement principles and understanding of ESG concepts is an advantage
MS Office skilled
Strong interpersonal skills including cross-functional teamwork
A proactive and positive approach to challenges demonstrating a willingness to take on new tasks and find solutions
Fluent English (both written and spoken)
Willingness to travel internationally (up to 15% of the time)
