Job Description

- 独立与业务单元SBU合作并在其整个财务计划与分析FP&A周期中提供支持
- 主导标准成本审核及年度费率设定/更新工作确保数据准确性和合规性

- 负责分析关键财务指标如净成本Net COS息税前利润EBIT制造费用MOHCCP%工厂生产力分析Factory Productivity Walk等组织月度及季度预估会议并主导年度PI绩效改进活动
- 推动运营团队识别异常可控及运营驱动因素确保深入的根本原因分析并明确责任人以落实应对措施
