Job Summary
Milano Vice is a digital food startup on a mission to reinvent gastronomy. We started as a virtual brand and now operate our own physical stores combining digital excellence with real-world experiences. Our goal is to become the leading pizza brand for a new generation of consumers.
We are looking for a Working Student to support with taking the Finance function to the next level. The focus lies on daily Accounting activities and our partner payout process.
Tasks
- Be part of our motivated Finance Team and support us in our day-to-day operations with a focus on the Accounts Payables and bookkeeping
- Get insights on internal workflows and update/set up the process-documentation as well as support the ongoing improvement and development of our systems and internal processes
- Support Month End Closing & Reporting for the Management Board
- Trigger reports and run checks on our partner payout process
- Process post and physical documents
- Drive improvement of systems and processes
Requirements
- Eye for detail as well as structured and organised way of working
- Great knowledge of Excel/Google Workspace
- Entrepreneurial Mindset and willingness to question and improve processes
- Currently based in Berlin
- Experience in accounting function
- Experience in with Datev is a plus
- Fluency in English (German is a plus)
