About the role
Were looking for aChargeback Analystwhos curious hands-on and eager to learn. No previous experience with chargebacks or coding No problem well teach you everything.
Youll work side-by-side with our developers toautomate manual processes investigate fraud patterns and ensure our operation is always up to date with the latest rules and requirements fromVisa Mastercard Elo and Amex.
Youll be thebridge between the customer operations and tech and will play a key role in making our dispute process smarter faster and more scalable.
What Youll Be Doing
Learn andmaster the chargeback business rules(well train you)
Stay on top ofnetwork (Visa Mastercard Elo Amex) updates and work with the team to implement changes when needed
Work closely with developersto improve and automate chargeback workflows
Translate customer and operations needsinto product and tech insights
Investigate disputes identifyfraud patterns and support in crafting strong responses
Be extremelydeadline-oriented managing dispute timelines with accuracy
Learn the basics ofRuby programmingto help build internal tools and automations
