Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for an Operational Excellence Manager to support our MedTech Orthopaedics business. This position is based at one of our US Joints Manufacturing locations: either Raynham MA or Warsaw IN.

For this role we are seeking an individual with a diverse business background preferably with direct experience in medium to large scale manufacturing companies with specific supply chain process excellence and organizational change proficiencies. Excellent communication influencing and facilitation skills as well as the ability to see multiple sides of an issue are critical. External J&J experience and/or academic study of Lean and process excellence are particularly beneficial.

#LI-Onsite: This is an on-site role to report to one of the following locations:

This role supports manufacturing operations in Warsaw IN as well as Raynham & Bridgewater MA. Requires approximately 25% domestic travel required with one week per month spent at the alternate (non-home) site. Additional occasional domestic and international travel may be required on an as-needed basis.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$100000- $172500

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical dental vision life insurance short- and long-term disability business accident insurance and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.
