L3Harris Technologies is seekingaLead Production Operations Managerto join our growingAerojet Rocketdyne Segment Missile Solutions Sector facility inCamden Arkansas.This role is a key product-centric leadership role that reports into site leadership and is also the liaison between the program office and the Camden facility. This role sits at the nexus of program and process area resources to push delivery at the site this role you will lead a cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) of indirect reports to achieve a product lines delivery quality and cost goals.

Essential Functions:

• Manage all delivery quality schedule and cost targets associated with a programs production.

• Develop and execute the Production Integrated Product Team (P-IPT) business rhythm.

• Developand maintainproduction schedules to meet delivery commitments.

• Developand maintaincustomer relationships.

• Manage financial impacts and program budgets (EVM & Control Account Manager Duties) Safety Security PP&C Global Supply Chain and IT.

• Lead the Production IPT alignment for the operations site teams to successfully execute program requirements relative to delivery quality schedule cost and performance.

• Interface with site leadership program management and customer to ensure the program needs and site plans are in alignment.

• Develop recovery plans when issues arise and coordinate applicable corrective actions.

• Business Travel up to 10% to L3Harris or customersites.

• Ability to obtain US Security Clearence.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 9years of prior relevant operations program or production experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7years of prior relatedoperations program or production lieu of a degree minimum of 13years of prior relatedoperations program or production experience.

• 5 years experience within manufacturing/production.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Aerospace and defense industry experience.

• Experience and familiarity with MS Office products.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to analyze evaluate and develop solutions to technical problems with minimum supervision.
