Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintenance and evaluation of HRIS Systems including participation in software selection processes and support of implementations and/or upgrades
  • Manages the relationship with external vendors to ensure efficient operation and integration of HRIS systems interfaces and updates.
  • Supervisor responsibilities over HRIS/Benefits Data Entry team
  • Oversight of day-to-day tasks
  • Sets priorities and resolves issues
  • Provides training coaching and mentoring
  • Works closely with Benefits department to ensure tasks are within HRIS role and are thoroughly completed
  • Responsible for data integrity of all HRIS systems; resolves integrity issues through managing routine audits and data analysis
  • Evaluates analyzes and recommends improvements or changes to current HR processes
  • Develops and generates complex reports and analytics for HR team and Operations
  • Monitors and improves data collection and reporting procedures for efficiency
  • Serves as liaison with IT regarding HRIS system compatibility with SCLS equipment for all end users

Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • Bachelors degree in human resources information systems business or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role; supervisory experience preferred

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Experience with Workday HRM Workday Recruiting Workday Performance Mgmt
  • Experience building and designing complex reports
  • Previous Payroll experience or understanding of payroll processes
  • Knowledge of HR policies and practices and local/state/federal compliance requirements
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and multiple task owners
  • Demonstrated analytical skills attention to detail and project management skills
  • Working knowledge of MSOffice applications: Excel Word Powerpoint
  • Experience working with HR Systems such as HCM Applicant Tracking Performance Management Learning Management Time and Attendance etc.
