Job Description
Maternal-Fetal Medicine Physician Opportunity in Atlanta GA
Pediatrix is seeking two exceptional Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists to join our well-established large practice in Atlanta GA.
This consultative practice established in 1995 provides services in four office locations and supports five hospitals including Northside Hospital and Gwinnett Medical Centerrecognized as two of the premier hospitals in the area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Attractive call and coverage schedule
- Participate in the facilities that average about 25000 deliveries annually
- Enjoy an attractive call and coverage schedule with a good payer mix of patients
- Collaborate with a large team of providers including eight MFMs and seven OB/GYNs
- Receive strong clinical and operational support in the clinics from experienced NPs and Sonographers
- Most hospitals provide OB/GYN Hospitalist coverage
- Most NICUs are covered by an affiliated group of Neonatologists
- Be part of a practice that is a pioneer in telemedicine in the state of Georgia
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine subspecialty
- Fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (completion before start)
- GA license (or willingness to obtain)
- No visa support required (J1 or H1B)
- DEA must be obtained prior to start
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certification in OB/GYN and Maternal-Fetal Medicine
- Georgia Medical License (or willingness to obtain)
- DEA Registration
