Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Remote Help Desk and Technical Support professional to join our team. The individual in this position will be responsible for assisting customers by providing comprehensive information regarding our products and services as well as resolving any technical issues that may arise.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Address customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

- Deliver accurate information about our products and services.

- Diagnose and resolve issues related to our products and services.

- Respond to all telephone calls in accordance with established departmental standards.

- Complete quality work within designated deadlines both with and without direct supervision.

- Maintain a professional interaction with colleagues customers and suppliers.

- Collaborate effectively as a team member on all assigned projects.

- Work independently while recognizing the importance of communication and coordination with other employees and departments.

Qualifications:

- Ability to establish rapport with clients.

- Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

- A positive and professional demeanor.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
