YOUR MISSION AT PLANCRAFT
Asour first Sales Lead in the Netherlands youll take on a unique opportunity to launch plancrafts presence from the ground up shaping how we go to market win our first customers and build lasting relationships in the Dutch trades sector.
Youll co-create our local success story alongside our Business Development Manager combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This includes developing our sales playbook refining customer messaging and building a scalable sales process that truly fits the market.

As we grow youll have the opportunity to scale your own sales team take ownership of hiring and onboarding and help shape the culture and structure of our Dutch organization. Over time this role can grow into a team leadership position shaping both the strategy and culture of our Dutch sales team

Your Responsibilities

  • You lead customer conversations conduct demos and build strong trust-based relationships.
  • You combine insights and execution gathering market feedback to inform our GTM strategy.
  • You pave the way for team growth by designing scalable processes and outlining hiring plans.
  • You launch our local presence win early adopters and develop our NL sales playbook.
YOUR PROFILE

Must-haves

  • 3 years in B2B SaaS sales ideally with some leadership experience.
  • Startup experience and entrepreneurial drive.
  • Proven track record in full-cycle sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter mindset and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot and data-driven decision making.
  • Dutch and English on C1/C2 level.
  • Based in or near Amsterdam with openness to work from our local Amsterdam co-working hub at least two days per week joining your other NL team colleagues.

  • Knowledge of the contractor or tradespeople market.
