Job Description
Facility Manager:
The Facility Manager will provide professional services for the administration and operations of new and existing off campus facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assure that Facilities operate at an optimal level.
- Develop and establish preventive maintenance procedures and programs for facility related equipment and systems.
- Develop and establish facility cleaning specifications.
- Develop and establish facility fire safety and security systems and procedures and maintenance program.
- Develop and establish facility emergency and crisis response procedures.
- Liaison between individual client contacts vendors and client facility team
- Oversee collection of rent payment of expenses and compliance with lease terms. Complete regular inspections of the properties and recommend alterations and/or maintenance of the property and oversee work as necessary.
- Budget and schedule administration and preparation.
Requirements/Education:
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED Bachelors preferred
- 5 years related Property Management and Facility Management experience.
- Knowledge of basic business practices and facility management outsourcing /remote models.
- Strong budget and financial background; documented accounting/bookkeeping experience helpful.
- RPA or CPM designation in progress or any similar combination of education and experience.
