Your Tasks

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned e-commerce platform accounts to drive long-term partnership.
  • Develop and execute annual digital activity plans aligned with the Joint Business Plan (JBP) to ensure sustainable and profitable sales growth.
  • Lead strategic growth initiatives and optimize Trade Activity Budget in coordination and approval with G-KAM and Media investments in coordination and approval with E-PM & E-SC&M.
  • Lead execution and tracking of promotional activities such as Mega Campaigns Brand Days and other Platform based on platform guidelines and business goals.
  • Monitor e-commerce performance KPIs analyze results and provide data-driven recommendations to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Finance Operation and Brand Team) to ensure seamless execution of plans.
  • Stay current with e-commerce and category trends to apply best practices and maintain Beiersdorfs competitive edge in the online marketplace

Your Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • 35 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or related industries.
  • A strong commercial track record in sales or marketing with proven success in driving business growth and building solid relationships.
  • Hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms and executing digital campaigns.
  • Self-starter with a high sense of ownership entrepreneurial mindset and drive to deliver results.
  • Strong analytical thinker who can translate data into strategic insights and actions.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across functions.
  • Proactive communicator who keeps stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident influencer who can navigate challenges handle resistance and resolve conflicts constructively.
  • Decisive and focused with the ability to prioritize what matters most.
  • Positive solutions-focused mindset with a strong commitment to excellence.
