Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)In this role you will have the opportunity to support proactive business development aligned with the divisions strategy in countries where business conditions require increased attention and focus. Each day you will provide business support including expertise in products applications solutions and segment and customer (group) support for the assigned product portfolio ensuring sustainable deployment of the divisions strategic plan. You will also showcase your expertise by facilitating activities to drive profitable business growth.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Supporting the process of defining marketing and sales targets and establishing appropriate metrics and measurement tools to effectively monitor performance in the region in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring profitable business growth focused on orders revenues margins market shares and customer satisfaction as well as the implementation of particular product application and segment initiatives in close collaboration with the division stakeholders.
- Implementing activities for agreed cross-divisional product group and regional initiatives.
- Assisting in continuous improvement of Net Promoter Score (NPS) by executing customer satisfaction surveys analyzing results and with corrective actions as necessary.
