Responsibilities:

• with R&D development and introduction of new products and new processes.
• sample trial production and small batch trial production put forward the problems of new products and track the improvement.
• the product trial production stage with R & D to develop incoming specifications and inspection standards.
• a test platform with test engineers and improve test methods.
• for the improvement of yield efficiency and scrap rate.
• for Firmware testing and verification product quality response and product failure analysis.

Requirements:

• degree or above optics microelectronics electronic information and other science and engineering major.
• than 6 years of optical communication product development NPI testing failure analysis experience.
• with the application of optical communication test equipment simple program development.
• in optical module process development or import is preferred.
