We are seeking a talented individual to join our Multinational team at Marsh. This role will be based in Porto. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Youll be joining a dynamic client facing team that supports the risk business.
As a true advisor youll deliver a high-quality service to our clients as partner with other internal Marsh and Mercer teams.
Youll be in contact with a multinational clients portfolio as well as our internal international structure.
We will count on you to:
- Contribute with the management of our clients portfolio.
- Develop new business.
- Manage the delivery of solutions to our clients while connecting other areas of expertise.
- Assure a high level quality service delivery and renovation processes.
What you need to have:
- A degree in Economics Management or similar.
- At least 1-3 years of experience working with non-life insurances for corporate clients.
- English and Portuguese language proficiency.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft tools (mainly PowerPoint and Excel).
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
