Job Description:
Investment Operations
Risk Management and Compliance
- Review accuracy of the outsourced partners outputs and records of client portfolios by performing daily reconciliation of trades/transactions and portfolio cash positions as well as portfolio holdings versus custodians records and the SLIMTCs front-office/portfolio management system (Bloomberg AIMs).
- Identify investigate and resolve exceptions in portfolio cash positions and holdings among internal Outsourcing Partner and custodian records.
- Perform the annual review on custodians (i.e. SLIMTC owned custody account)
- Participate in the preparation of audit requirements for internal external and BSP auditors
Support to Companys Initiatives
- Participate in projects process documentation/improvements system enhancements as required
- Work with the Investment Services Manager in reviewing and updating of existing guidelines processes and procedures
Administrative Functions
Administrative functions such as preparation of reports for management and board as required.
