The main responsibility of ServiceNow Knowledge Management Advisor to enable the business to deliver services through implementation of knowledge management systems. Create the processes and structures through which knowledge is recorded and shared. Identify and drive employee training and adoption.
What youll do
- Significant input into the direction and development of the Knowledge Management Framework.
- Lead cross-functional teams to help communicate and drive Knowledge Management strategy and benefits.
- Lead and drive the culture of knowledge sharing within site operations and serve as an advocate for Knowledge Management initiatives within site operations.
- Lead the development and implementation of training on Knowledge Management processes and tooling.
- Create and review KPIs for adoption usage of premier (high value frequently used) KM content and summarize benefits outcomes and improvement opportunities for FLS.
- Evaluate revise and continuously contribute to improve the Knowledge Management Framework workflow and procedures as FLS scales.
- Work with Champions network to inspire upskill and drive adoption of Knowledge Management.
- Work with operational teams to understand key ServiceNow changes and the impact on Knowledge Management and training requirements.
- Work with operational teams to evaluate organizational performance to ensure that Knowledge Management is meeting business needs and improving performance.
- Drive brand values and philosophy through all Knowledge Management activities.
What youll Need
- You have operational experience working with or part of delivery teams.
- You are fluent in English.
- You have ServiceNow Knowledge Management Skills or Knowledge of industry standard Knowledge Management methodology.
- You have experience communicating with and influencing key stakeholders as well as framing discussions to gain valuable feedback and experience.
- You are able to meet critical deadlines.
- You have experience in working across global teams and cultures to drive and deliver key projects.
- You have excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- You have critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
- You have a high level of computer literacy and are proficient in the use of MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- You have experience in implementing training and adoption initiatives.
- You have excellent organizational and time management skills.
