We are looking to hire a SuccessFactors implementer to join our team! We are looking for a functional technical and creative out-of-the-box thinker and doer. As an HRIS team member you will take an active part in leading HR projects implementing and maintaining our Human Resource information systems and providing technical guidance to HR Operations.
What will you actually be doing
Assist in maintenance troubleshooting and design of HRIS and supporting systems.
Improve workflow and automations
Assist in formulating frameworks and roadmaps to support the various HR functions.
Assist with integration configurations between Workday and third party/custom solutions
Share product knowledge with other team members
What should you bring to the table
2 years of experience with SuccessFactors system
Bachelor engineering degree or relevant experience required
Passion for providing amazing service and support
Technical data oriented mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Expert in understanding how technology can be used to solve business problems and/or to advance business initiatives and goals
Ability to learn quickly through instruction and self-training.
