Whilst our 850 strong team of veterinary professionals are out in the field ensuring animal welfare standards are met within the UK and that the meat is safe to enter the food chain we have a team of 60 Central Support heroes back at our Leeds head office that cover the central support functions.
We are 18 months into implementing our new Learning Management System (LMS) called Learn and our new assessment platform Assess. Having completed the integration process and gained a solid understanding of these systems we now need to sharpen the pencil to ensure a cleaner and more engaging user experience and add catalogues of learnings!
We are seeking aLearning and Development Co-ordinatorto join the L&D team.
About the Role
As a Learning and Development Co-ordinator you will play a crucial role acting as the subject matter expert for our platforms. Reporting to the Leadership & Development Specialist you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the L&D team with a particular focus on the LMS and Assess platforms.

Part time working hours between 25-30 per week ideally worked over 5 days a week
Salary banding is 28000 - 35000pa (based on FTE of 40 hours/wk) depending on skills and experience
23 days holiday FTE (increasing each year to a maximum of 25 days) plus 8 bank holidays
