Heres a phenomenal job opportunity for you to support LEGO business long-term growth. We need a senior manager for the online channels who is responsible for owning the activations of online channel both on strategic level as well as on tactical and operational level!
The key objective of the role is to further develop the campaign and content activations for online platforms. This role requires comprehensive understanding of eCom business phenomenal skills of campaign executions assortment management as well as content development. It also requires strong leadership to lead a professional team.
No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Our team is leading and driving the Customer growth strategy and business objectives. We coordinate and collaborate with multi-functional resources to ensure synergy and coherence.
Core Responsibilities
Online Campaign Activation: Take the lead in formulating omnichannel online campaign execution strategies covering the layout of multiple channels such as Tmall JD Tiktok. Enhance activity participation and conversion efficiency continuously by conducting precise user profile analysis and matching channel characteristics so as to provide strong support for business growth.
Portfolio Management: Gain in-depth insights into market trends and consumer demands and take charge of planning and implementing annual portfolio strategies for EC channels. Clarify the positioning and collaborative partnership of each product line formulate theme line sales targets and breakdown plans.
Partnership Management: Be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term cooperation mechanisms with core partners and promote in-depth collaboration between both parties in aspects such as marketing calendar synchronization platform resource integration and user traffic exchange.
KA Partner Influencing Capability: Deeply participate in strategic cooperation initiatives such as joint business plans and annual portfolio plans with partners. Provide constructive suggestions for cooperation planning based on professional judgment of the industry and market.
Team Building and Development: Demonstrate strong leadership and a proactive can-do attitude be responsible for team development plans and talent development systems create a collaborative and efficient team environment that is brave in tackling difficulties and stimulate the work passion and creativity of team members.
Do you have what it takes
- Strong business understanding of the online market
- Bachelors degree in a business-related field preferred
- Strategic perspective combined with strong executional skills
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
- Excellent ability to build long-lasting relations
- Strong analytical capabilities expertise in driving online operation KPI.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
