About the Role

As a Finance Officer you will have the opportunity to manage the Colleges accounts receivable function to ensureaccurate processing of invoices payments and financial records. You will be responsible for issuing invoices and statements handling fee-related enquiries negotiating payment plans and maintaining accurate communication records. The role also involves liaising with parents and guardians to resolve payment issues working with debt collection agencies and ensuring compliance with financial policies. Additionally the Finance Officer supports financial reporting budgeting and administrative functions contributing to the smooth operation of the Colleges Finance Business and Administrative teams.

Qualifications

  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
  • Senior First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Accounting and Bookkeeping or higher
