About the role
We have a vacancy at our Taylors Lakes SDA for an experienced dedicated Disability Support Worker to provide quality care and support to individuals with disabilities.
Our team is committed to empowering our clients through your Person-Centred Active Support practice youll empower them to achieve their goals helping them to live the life of their choosing
This Part time Position working a range of shifts morning shift 6.30 9.30am afternoon shift 2.30 pm 10.00pm weekdays only required. The roster line will be provided to shortlisted candidates
About you
As a passionate resilient Disability Support Worker (DSW) you will provide personalized care and support to people with disabilities in residential setting. You will enjoy working in a supportive team environment assisting client to achieve their goals.
