Your Role
Do you aspire to redefine the future of payments and rewards across diverse high-growth APAC markets As the Head of Regional Marketing for ShopBack Pay you will architect and scale bold high-performing marketing strategies that shape consumer decision-making online and offline. Your Adventure Ahead

    • Lead Regional GTM Strategy: Define and scale a region-wide marketing strategy for ShopBack Pay that blends local agility with cross-market leverage maximizing speed efficiency and impact.
    • Own the Full Funnel: Drive end-to-end customer acquisition and retention across markets from strategy and campaign design to creative development and execution.
    • Ignite Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with top brands and merchants to co-create B2C and B2B2C campaigns that fuel growth deepen engagement and position ShopBack Pay as the leading wallet alternative.
    • Deliver 360 Activations: Launch memorable omnichannel campaigns from digital to in-store that resonate across segments and markets maximizing both reach and relevance.
    • Inspire In-Market Teams: Empower local teams to deliver best-in-class POS experiences campaign execution and retail presence supported by robust regional playbooks and strategic guidance.
    • Champion ROI and Performance: Own the regional marketing budget optimizing spend allocation

Essentials to Succeed

    • 8 years of progressive growth experience across marketing or partnerships with a regional or global lens in payments O2O e-commerce fintech or platform-led ecosystems.
    • Proven leadership across multi-country teams with a track record of launching transformative initiatives and rallying diverse stakeholders toward bold shared goals.
    • Strategic operator meets creative marketer youve built and scaled go-to-market engines that drive sustainable user acquisition retention and market share gains.
    • Deepuser empathy and UX thinking youre obsessed with improving the customer journey from first touch to final checkout understands how marketing impacts the user behaviour at each touch point.
    • Data-native mindset: You make data-driven decisions with clear campaign measurement attribution experimentation and ability to turn insights into strategies and executional wins.
    • Compelling communicator: Adept at tailoring narratives for the boardroom inspiring partners and aligning cross-functional teams around a common mission.
    • Omnichannel fluency: Deep expertise in both digital growth and on-the-ground retail activation. Youre comfortable building from scratch and iterating fast in uncharted environments.
    • Founders mindset: Youre entrepreneurial resilient and energized by building at speed. You see ambiguity as opportunity and bias toward action.
    • Cultural intelligence across APAC: Strong emotional EQ and cultural fluency to connect adapt and lead across diverse markets and teams.
    • Mobility for impact: Willing and able to travel (23x per quarter or as needed) to build deep market context and stakeholder trust.
    • AI-savvy problem solver: Practical experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Cursor) to streamline workflows enhance creativity and drive marketing efficiency at scale.
