Job Title:
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Salary: $1200 - $1500 USD per month
Working hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST Monday to Friday

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR you will play a crucial role in our aircraft brokerage operations processing inbound leads maintaining data accuracy and assisting with research and outreach efforts. Your work will directly support our sales team and clients by providing critical updates and ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address Leads:

    • Receive and process inbound leads via email logging them into Salesforce and investigating their sources using web resources.
    • Compile profiles of leads including current aircraft and relevant articles.
    • Send initial outbound emails with aircraft specifications (text drafted by the salesperson for easy cut-and-paste).
    • Schedule follow-up calls for the salesperson and send boilerplate agreements and contracts.
  • Help Maintain Relationships:

    • Keep a list of top priority leads for routine contact and help identify Valid Business Reasons (VBRs) for outreach such as new aircraft listings or relevant events.
  • Administrative Details:

    • Pay invoices and log receipts via accounting software for streamlined tax reporting.
    • Coordinate gifts for clients including seasonal gifts and closing gifts.
    • Track expenses affiliated with specific customers for chargebacks and Salesforce inclusion.
    • Maximize travel for the salesperson by booking hotels and airfare and generating a list of clients in the travel area for potential meetings.
  • Structure and Detail:

    • Maintain an organized filing architecture for quick access to necessary documentation including contracts aircraft support programs and logbooks.
  • Track Sales Metrics:

    • Refresh for-sale aircraft presentations and incorporate website interaction metrics into presentations.
    • Report on Salesforce lead progression and observe competitive aircraft on the market.
    • Aggregate buyer feedback to report to clients.
  • Acquisition/Consultancy Tasks:

    • Contact for sale aircraft on behalf of acquisition clients via email.
    • Aggregate aircraft features for analysis by the salesperson.
    • Assist in building PowerPoint templates to attract clientele.
    • Collaborate with operations to develop aircraft specifications.
    • Coordinate with photographers for aircraft photo shoots.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an SDR or in a similar role preferably in a sales or research-oriented position.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is essential along with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Adobe.
  • Strong ability to conduct research and gather relevant data from various online sources including aviation databases.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail when entering and managing data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of interacting professionally with clients and prospects.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Quick writing ability and familiarity with drafting basic documents such as Letters of Intent and brokerage agreements is a plus.
