We are Looking for an IT Manager.
As the IT Manager we rely on you to:
Oversee the hotels IT operations systems and infrastructure ensuring seamless connectivity and performance across departments.
Manage hotel systems including PMS POS networking CCTV and guest-facing technologies.
Provide timely technical support to all users and ensure minimal downtime for business-critical systems.
Liaise with vendors service providers and corporate IT teams for software/hardware procurement and support.
Maintain IT asset records license renewals and compliance with IT policies and standards.
Monitor system performance conduct backups and ensure robust data security and disaster recovery processes.
We Are Looking for Someone Who Has:
Minimum 35 years of IT experience in a similar role including systems like Opera Micros and networking tools.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure server management and cybersecurity best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support both technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to manage budgets vendor relationships and project timelines effectively.
Strong analytical skills to monitor and report on losses breakages and the need for timely replacement.
