Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client an Independent Software Provider offering comprehensive end-to-end solutions tailored for financial businesses.
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate business processes anticipate requirements uncover areas for improvement and develop and implement solutions
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
- Perform requirements analysis
- Document and communicate requirements analysis and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Communicate insights and plans effectively to cross-functional team members and management
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Perform user acceptance testing
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Maintain a competitive market knowledge
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business or related field or an MBA
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT Business Analysis in the multifinance industry
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint etc.)
- Strong written verbal and collaboration skills
