As a Credit Management and Collection Analyst in SAMEA you will handle cash collection credit assessments and order release make credit decisions and participate in business calls. Your work will play a major role in maximizing revenue and mitigating credit risk. You will also collaborate with our sales team to maintain an effective credit control system besides interacting and working with customers to ensure their expectations are met and their credit fits in with the current risk this position you will be based in Budapest and will report directly to the Credit Management & Collection Team Lead.
In this exciting role you will be responsible for:
- Achieve Credit & Collection KPI goals
- Research and evaluate clients credit rating
- Proactively contact Clients and Sales
- Escalate & follow up the necessary actions
- Making decisions about customer order release
- Investigating and resolving queries both internally and externally around disputed invoices
- Manage the timely and effective collection of all debts

Your professional profile includes:
- At least 2 years of experience working in a relevant field
- Fluency in English Arabic and/or French
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for details
- High motivation and ambition
- Ability to work in a team good communication skills
