What Youll Be Doing:
Lead and grow commercial activities across ASEAN working closely with distributors in multiple countries.
Define and execute a regional sales strategy to scale revenue and increase market share.
Navigate competitive markets with confidence using data and local insights to drive decisions.
Act as a key member of the regional leadership team influencing broader business direction.
What Were Looking For:
Proven medical device sales leadership experience across ASEAN.
Strong track record in managing and motivating distributors across multiple markets.
Demonstrated success in delivering growth in competitive fast-paced environments.
Strategic mindset with hands-on drive - youre as comfortable building a plan as you are executing it.
