Job Duties

After joining our team as a Product Manager you will take on the responsibility for the Quality Cost and Delivery (QCD) of our products focusing on the following tasks:

1. Take ownership for specific product features and delivery to market
2. Collaborate with the cross functional team to help define the product vision and create new products and features that exceed our customer expectations
3. Define the business requirements and plan the feature from start to finish that fits in with the overall strategy of the section and the company
4. Create and manage user stories and communicate with developers to deliver quality features and products within the expected timeline
5. Analyze available data to identify customer needs and market trends and to realize continuous Customer Success
6. Prioritize new features guide implementation and align with stakeholders
7. Create support and training documents for internal and external users
8. Formulation and execution of action plans to achieve KPIs
9. Member management and training

This role is designed for those ready to make a significant impact guiding our products direction and ensuring their success in the market.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of work experience in a role such as Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager.

  • Solid experience with web technologies with a background in software development web design or a related field.

  • Comprehensive experience with the complete end-to-end product lifecycle. Familiarity with market research understanding consumer behavior and marketing techniques.

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira.

  • Business-level proficiency in English communication.

  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA degree.

  • An all hands on deck mindset ready to contribute wherever needed. Exceptional interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent time-management skills.

  • A self-starter and eager learner capable of taking initiative and acquiring new skills independently.

English (Overall - 3 - Advanced) Japanese (Overall - 3 - Advanced)
